What Manpower OS is

Manpower OS is an online system that brings the whole working week of a field workforce into one place: worker records and documents, shift schedules, GPS and selfie check-in, hours review, payroll and payslips, leave with cover, housing, transport, team chat and an AI assistant. Office staff, directors, site leaders and workers each get their own view, on a computer or a phone.

We are a software company. We do not supply, employ or place workers — our customers are the companies that do, and they own and control their own data.

Who it is for

Construction contractors, manpower and staffing companies, and industrial employers that run crews across several sites — often with workers from many countries, visas and work permits to track, and pay that depends on hours actually worked.

How it is built

• A private workspace per company. Every company gets its own web address and its own separate database.
• Worker app with no download. Workers open it in the phone’s browser and add it to the home screen, in English, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil or Sinhala.
• Security by default. Encrypted connections, two-factor login for staff, role-based access and an audit log of administrative actions.
• Your data stays yours. Daily backups, optional off-site copies, and export of your data whenever you want it.

Hosted or self-hosted

Most customers use the hosted service: Free (up to 10 workers), Growth (up to 30) and Pro (up to 150), each starting with a 30-day free trial of Pro — no card, never charged automatically. Companies that want the system on their own server, including WhatsApp alerts and the WhatsApp AI assistant on their own business number, take the self-hosted licence.
