Yes. Every new workspace gets 30 days of the full Pro plan, no card needed (the AI assistant unlocks on a paid plan). When the trial ends you choose a plan or stay on Free — you’re never charged automatically.
Two things: workers on file (onboarded employees) and staff logins (office, admin, director and leader accounts). Your workers’ own app logins never count as staff logins. When you reach a limit, move up a plan — or talk to us about a self-hosted licence for unlimited workers.
Completely. Each company gets its own separate database and its own subdomain — no other company can ever see your data.
Yes. Workers use the mobile app for their documents and leave requests — and on Growth and Pro, their shifts and GPS clock-in. The office works from desktop.
WhatsApp alerts and the WhatsApp AI assistant are part of the self-hosted licence, connected to your own WhatsApp Business number. Hosted plans use email and in-app notifications.
The app is in English. On Pro and self-hosted it can auto-translate into Hebrew, Arabic, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Nepali and Thai, including right-to-left layouts.
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
