Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Pro plan. No card is needed, and you are never charged automatically.
The free trial
- 30 days of Pro — every Pro module, up to 150 workers and 50 staff logins.
- No card to start, and no automatic billing at the end.
- No AI during the trial. The AI assistant unlocks when you choose a paid plan.
- Reminders by email 7 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
When the trial ends
You choose a paid plan from the Billing page, or the workspace moves to the Free plan on its own. Nothing is deleted: your data is kept. On Free, modules outside the Free plan are switched off and the Free limits apply — if you have more workers or staff logins than Free allows, existing records stay, but you can’t add more until you are under the limit or upgrade.

- Workers on file are onboarded employees. Worker app logins are always free and never count as staff logins.
- Staff logins are office, director and site-leader accounts.

Every company has its own separate database with daily backups, two-factor login for staff and data export — on every plan, including Free.
