Your data: backups and export

Separate database per company, daily backups, off-site copies and exporting your data.

Your company’s data belongs to your company. Here is how it is kept apart, backed up, and how you take it with you.

A separate database for every company

Each company’s workspace has its own web address and its own separate database — your records are never stored alongside another company’s.

Daily backups

  • Every workspace is backed up at least daily to a separate location.
  • Office admins can also send backups to an off-site destination of their own — Google Drive or FTP — under Backups, and run a backup on demand.
  • After setting a destination, run one backup and confirm it arrived.

Export your data

Reports exports employees, projects, accommodation, passports, vehicles, leave, shifts, timesheets, performance, leads, documents and bus cards to spreadsheets at any time. Payslips stay available to each worker in the app.

If you leave

If you cancel a paid plan, the workspace moves to the Free plan and your data stays. If the account is closed, you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted, including backups, within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Workers’ requests about their data

Workers who want to see, correct or delete their data ask their employer — that’s you. You can do most of it directly from the worker’s profile and the exports above, and we help if you need it.
