AI assistant and playbook

What the assistant answers, how to fill the playbook with company rules, and AI credits.

Paid plans

The AI assistant answers workers’ everyday questions from their own records and your company rules, and files simple requests for them. It comes with paid plans (Growth and Pro); it is switched off during the free trial and on the Free plan.

What it answers

  • Payday, take-home pay, tomorrow’s site, leave balance and overtime rules.
  • Leave requests and cancellations, salary advance requests and next-shift confirmations — filed for the office to approve.
  • Reports of incidents or problems, which become cases for the right team.

Workers can write in their own language, and the assistant replies in it. When it isn’t sure, it passes the conversation to a person instead of guessing.

Fill in the playbook

The playbook is your company rules in plain words. The assistant always follows it before anything else.

  1. Open Chat settings → Playbook.
  2. Write your rules: pay dates, leave policy, transport, housing, who to call in an emergency.
  3. Save, then ask the assistant a test question as a worker would.
AI answers can be wrong. Review the playbook regularly and check important answers. The assistant never makes decisions about hiring, firing or pay on its own — requests always go to a person to approve.

AI credits

Paid plans include AI credits each month. If you need more, buy a credit pack from the Billing page in your workspace; packs stay usable while your account is active.

Privacy

Messages sent to the assistant are processed by our AI provider to produce an answer and are not used to train AI models.
