Workers can ask for part of their pay early. The office reviews each request, and approved advances come off the next payslip automatically.
How a worker asks
In the app: Money → Advances, enter the amount and send. Where the company uses WhatsApp (self-hosted licence), workers can also ask the assistant for an advance.
Review the request
- New requests appear in the dashboard’s Action center and under Advances.
- Check the amount against what the worker has earned so far this period.
- Approve or reject. The worker is notified either way.
How it comes off pay
An approved advance is deducted in the next payroll run and shown as a line on the payslip, so the worker sees exactly what was taken off.
