Most field workforces live in company housing and travel to site together. These modules keep track of who lives where and how everyone gets to work.
Housing
- Open Accommodations and add each property with its address and rooms.
- Assign workers to rooms. The worker is notified and sees their housing under More in the app.
- Appoint a house leader for each property if you use them — they are notified by email when appointed or removed.
Vehicles and fleet
Add company vehicles with their documents and expiry dates; expiring vehicle documents are flagged like worker documents. Leaders can see the vehicles on their projects and swap them between projects they lead.
Commute groups and bus cards
Group workers who travel together, and track bus or travel cards with their top-ups. A regular digest lists cards that need topping up, and workers can report a low bus card or a transport need, which opens a case for the right team.

Under More, workers see their transport, housing, equipment and performance.
