Passports, visas, work permits and driving licences all have expiry dates. The system watches them for you and warns you in time to renew.
What is tracked
- Passport, visa and work permit numbers and expiry dates on each employee.
- Driving licences (including special licences) and medical documents where those modules are on.
- Vehicle documents, such as insurance and licence, in the transport module.
The renewals calendar
Renewals lists everything expiring, soonest first. Once a month, clear the calendar 60 days ahead: start the renewal for each item, and record the new document when it arrives. Expiring documents also show in the dashboard’s Action center, and the office gets expiry reminder emails.
Workers upload renewed documents
A worker with a renewed visa or passport uploads a photo from the app: More → Documents → Upload. The office is notified, checks the document and updates the dates.
Viewing documents
Open any document from the employee’s profile to view it in the app, without downloading it to your computer.
